    Brian is a native Washingtonian and has always been captivated by the beauty and serenity of the greater Puget Sound region. As a former teacher and coach, Brian works hard at educating his clients by giving them all the facts and allows them to make their own decisions. Furthermore, because of his local knowledge, he is more able to help his customers make smart real estate moves. Brian is an Associate Broker and the team leader of The Manaois Team and has networked with many of the Top 100 Realtors in the country so that he and his team could follow their passion to help home sellers and home buyers make wise home buying decisions.

    Julienne was born in Ellensburg, Washington and raised in Royal City, a small town near Moses Lake, in Eastern Washington.

     

    Following graduation from High School, Julienne attended Western Baptist College in Salem, Oregon and obtained her B.S. in Elementary Education. She enjoyed teaching lively 5th and 6th graders at Fairwood Elementary School in Kent for 7 years and also graduated from Seattle University with a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction before taking a leave of absence to assist her husband, Brian with Real Estate.

     

    Currently she enjoys working part time in the office supporting her husband and the Manaois Team--helping behind the scenes to create a seamless and painless transaction for each Buyer and Seller. Julienne is also working full-time caring for their daugthers, Lydia Ruth, Hannah Joy, and their newborn (2007) boy, Joshua Daniel. She is still an active and strong supporting member of Brian and The Manaois Team and sincerely enjoys serving in whatever way to ensure customer satisfaction.
